Seven Kings Park (Cricket Ground) - A Solid Venue for a Good Game

Seven kings Park (cricket ground) offers a decent experience for cricketers of various levels. The pitch, while showing some signs of wear, generally provides a fair contest between bat and ball. We found the bounce to be consistent, though spinners might find more assistance later in the day.

The outfield, while not the fastest we've encountered, was mostly even and didn't significantly hinder scoring opportunities. The ground benefits from having functional changing rooms and toilet facilities, which is always a plus. Spectator facilities are somewhat limited, with only a few benches available, so bringing your own seating might be advisable for longer matches.

Accessibility-wise, the ground is reasonably well-connected by public transportation and private transport. Parking is available on-site, limited street parking.

Overall, Seven Kings Park (Cricket Ground) provides a reliable venue for a competitive game of cricket. While it might lack some of the frills of more premium grounds, its focus on the essentials makes it a good choice for local clubs and...

I love the the feeling of a big open skies and green spaces. Lot's of trees surrounding the big green making pretty avenues of the paths around the park. There are 2 seperate play areas, a new one with interesting free play ideas and another with more traditional equipment. Also a skate park & outdoor gym equipment. The main green has football or cricket pitches, depending on the season. But there is another, rougher big green area with a stream at the bottom. There's a bridge over it leading out of the park into the grounds of Goodmayes hospital & a path which runs up the back of Goodmayes & King George hospitals which is surprisingly pretty. A number of trees have been taken out recently for various reason but there is a current project to replace them...

Seven Kings park is a really good place to go to walk, jog or take the young ones to play or go on the playground rides. There are also numerous pieces of exercise equipment for those who want to keep seriously fit. There is slso a cafeteria which unfortunately is closed at present but I've been assured by those who used it before the pandemic that the food and hot drinks are very good. For those who are looking for a club to join and get involved in there is an outdoor bowls club in the park which will reopen in the Spring. We really are very lucky to live in an area with such a lovely open space such as Seven Kings park and if you haven't yet been there it really is...

Beautiful park with lots of open area and trees with Benches to relax and enjoy the beauty. Adventure Trail is superv - sand pit, water play, rope Bridge, climbing frame, sea saw! Little car park with a small round about! A band stand suitably placed in the centre of the roundabout! In the middle, there is a Cricket Ground with Cricket Nets & Pavilion in the corner. Adjacent to these, Basketball Court, Skatepark and Children's Play Area. It has accessible public toilets as well!

Great park with all facilities for kids and adults alike. Urban Exercise machines are good and helpful after a long run around the park. Kids play area is another gem where kids enjoy. All types of healthy activities for them apart from usual swings. Many of these activities are good for adults also to participate with kids. Basket ball court, football area and cricket net are best and popular with residence. I am sure this is one of the best park in East London.

Took 4 year old twins to the best play area I've ever seen. Equipment varied and well spaced. Huge grass area for children to run around and the sand area will be amazing when its fully open. Free parking and clean toilets. Wonderful! Only downer is the amount of litter, much coming from bins - perhaps animals - maybe enclosed bins would be better. But people are mainly to blame. Shame on litter droppers!
