A relatively small park. With a new play area, consisting of swings, roundabout and slide and gym area, a basketball pitch. There is a café with outdoor seating, this does not open on a Sunday or a Monday. There is access to the library, and Valance house museum, which is free. When these places are open there is access to toilets, but when they are closed there is no park toilet. There is also a duck pond but this is closed off at the moment. I stayed just a little over 2 hours, but i enjoyed my time there.
The event was well organised, and the safety was top notch, too, as I was able to see the event plan with all the H&S features.
