My son was punched in the eye by another child. I went to the counter to ask for first aid only to be told that the staff member was brand new and didnt know what to do in this situation and that the manager Sophie Simmons was out on her break. After 10 mins of waiting I was given a damp piece of tissue and told the manager is coming. After another 5mins there was still no sign of the manager..At this point i insisted that the manager come immediately. The manager finally turned up still with no first aid. As you can imagine I was concerned for my sons injuries and that the same child would hurt another child. Please note my children are 4 and 6. After the manager spoke to the other parent the parent decided to come up to me, not to apologise but to have a go at me for complaining because her child has "special needs". Naturally I explained my anger for the lack of courtesy. As the other mother is towering over my table shouting the manager did not ask the woman to leave me alone but started to get involved in causing chaos. The managers priority wasnt to safe guard the children or anyone injured it was to argue that she did deal with the situation expediently. I asked her to get the cctv to see she didnt attend soon enough. She told me I should look after my own children! Shocking!!!! Whilst she was arguing my son was still awaiting first aid. As a result my son had 3 scratches on his face and a bruise to the bridge of his nose. I will take this further as this...

When going with my under 2 year old child there is no supervision to stop older children going in the under 2s area and the couple of toddlers, including my own, that were in there were pushed about and had balls thrown at them.

I booked a party for my eldest daughter and was not told information relevant to the booking, made it very clear that it was for a 16th to be told no problem, wrote the ages on the form of the children that would be attending, paid for the party and even pointed out that the woman had only charged me £1.50 not £150 which she didn't realise. Paid the difference so fully paid and booked with no issues. 2 weeks before the party told that it's not 1hr and a half play it's only 1hr unless you pay for 10 meals, then asked how tall the children are only bought up AFTER they accepted their fault at the time of booking and said they would do 1hr and half play but seem to be finding every excuse not to honour the party booking. Manager found booking form and to the question how old are the children I wrote 15, 16, 1-9 year olds but her response 'I thought that meant 15 or 16 1-9 year olds.

Don't waste your money here on parties it's not worth the hassle and they will make you out to be a liar if they want to change up the terms. Don't take young children unless it's empty cos your toddler risks getting hurt or you getting into an argument with...

Had a private party booked here today and it was horrendous. Firstly we arrived 10 minutes early just to set up some balloons and cake etc, we were instantly refused entry saying we had to wait for our party start time, even though the venue was empty and I had guests arriving early as well, we were made to wait outside. Secondly I hired for the venue to be private, a child not included in my party was allowed to enter and then refused to leave. The child was escorted out with her carer (her mother was in the gym apparently) and my guests were accused of man handling the child. Thirdly I had paid for 20 children to attend the party but some didn't show but parents were charged for extra siblings to attend the party even though I had spare paid places. When I asked for these parents to be refunded the member of staff said it was too difficult until I made a fuss about it. Forthly after the children had their food they were refused back into the play area (even though I still had party time left) incase they were sick. I said I would personally clear up and vomit that may happen (obviously it didn't). Then after the worst party I have ever been to we were hassled to leave the premises whilst I was making sure all my guests had there party bags.
