Telford Snowboard & Ski Centre — Attraction in Madeley

Rang up twice to ensure we could go skiing before we drove over as it’s a 1hr 45 minute drive there and back! The woman asked if we both had skiing experience, I said I did but my 30 year old partner didn’t but his been a skater his whole like so knows what to do, She ensured that was absolutely fine!!!!!!!!!! Arrived there 2 blokes basically laughed in our face and said no! I explained I had already spoken to someone about it and she assured me it’s okay! He then said all the information is on the website, although it does not actually say anywhere on the website that you can’t go on the slope without a lesson, and I rang up twice!!!!!
