Several times I ordered from lookfantastic.ca thinking it was a Canadian company or at least with an online presence in Canada. I saw no mention of import duties or fees and have now searched the entire site and there is no mention of these costs anywhere. However, such fees appeared on my last order and they amounted to nearly 1/3 additional cost. The company responded to my inquiry about these fees by simply saying that they could apply. I then tried to post reviews noting this "hidden" cost but could not. Through Facebook Messenger I worked with their support people to clear up the problem with posting reviews but after months, got nowhere. I randomly searched products for reviews, and they are suspiciously scant. For example, a search of thirty randomly selected products produced only one review on one product. This seems very odd. I can't help but wonder if preventing reviews is a way of controlling unfavourable posts.
My advice: find another company that supplies the products you want. As for the products, the Molton Brown body washes, Molton Brown cream and Murdock of London shaving cream that I have purchased are easily the best I have ever used. I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the conduct of your Evri delivery drivers.
Once again, a parcel was left at the front of my house with no attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. This continues to be a recurring issue, and I am now thoroughly fed up with the poor service.
There is nowhere at the front of this property that is safe to leave a parcel. Leaving items in plain sight without even attempting to alert the occupants is simply unacceptable.

I had many emails saying try this and whenever I put the code in etc it never works, even when an email comes in and I'm on my phone and do it all within 10 seconds, it just never works! Also my mum wanted to buy a perfume and I suggested she used this website and noticed that there's an offer for referring a friend so I typed in the special code on my mum's profile when I was putting the order through and never received it and when I asked them why I didn't received it, they said my mum must of forgotten to put the special code.. but I know because I did it myself!
