Another mostly empty beach in Pembrokeshire that should be better used. The parking is reasonably priced and not a flat rate like other beaches in the area but does get busy although they do allow cars on to one part of the beach. When the tide is out there is soooooo much space and the surrounding views are fantastic, also the local golf club is pretty good and they've opened a seemingly welcoming cafe in the last 12 months but we didn't have time to try it. There were on site, lifeguards ready to save us at a moment notice, and they were heavily armed with sand buggies.
There were lots of sand dunes to the back, and a nice river to the back as well.
you have to be careful of Weaver fish. And also there’s a lot of sanded jellyfish when the tide is going out - so be look out for those and make sure that you do not stand in one.

This is a pay and display carpark (I have uploaded a picture of the charges) Make sure you've got change ready as there's no card payments available and no reception either to pay via the app. Doggies are also welcome on the beach which is aaa-maaa-ziiiing as mine live the beach.
