Being a season ticket holder I am usually very impressed by Paultons Park. However I have just been down to visit their Santa's grotto I was so angry at what a rip off it was, I am writing to warn other people. The child ticket at £9 is just about acceptable for the experience and toy at the end. But the adults ticket at over £16 was totally unacceptable. For this you got a shot of fruit punch or orange juice and a mini muffin. This has put a bad mark against a great day out for small kids. I'll still be returning but never again to an additional extra you have to pay for. I understand the need to pay for Christmas extras but ripping people off at a festive time can only leave a bad taste in people's mouths. Maybe paultons should do some research and see what other family friendly attractions...

Grounds are kept beautifully - the gardens and theming are stunning. Staff and amazing - every single member of staff was polite and more than helpful. Good selection of rides for those who are adrenaline junkies and those who prefer more gentle rides. Even on a busy day in the school holidays, the park didn’t feel rammed full. Queue times were really not too bad at all. No cashing in on queue bots - everyone has to queue the same amount of time, so much more fair.
