This is actually nearer to a 4 🌟 than a 3. To me a 5 has to be virtually faultless, therefore a 4 is very good. Any minus points posted here are from a critical point of view.
Our overall experience was very good. There were 6 children and 3 adults for a 13th birthday. We had booked online and sent the disclaimer email to the other parents. 2 of the forms had not registered with the venue so the staff pointed us towards some screens where we had to complete the forms, not for our children but I guess we would be classed as guardians for the visit. Otherwise check-in was quick and efficient, the place seemed busy but the queues were small. The car park was full but there is plenty of overspill available. The children did the inflatables and thoroughly enjoyed it, a free go on the dodgems was included in the price and we paid an extra £4 each for the roof ride. I will let you decide if 4 quid is good value. We also ordered some food and drinks (you are not allowed to bring your own food other than for babies (fair enough)). I am fussy with food but considering the environment, lack of alternatives etc it was good; served quickly, hot, politely and tasty. The price of the food was as expected but I think that 2.50 is a bit much for a bottle of pepsi that was probably bought at Costco (I recognised the cakes as being from there so assume other stuff is). Here are a few observations that management may want to look at: Plenty of staff but not all were in the critical areas. It appeared that if someone was told to be on reception, they stayed there even if reception was quiet but tables needed to be cleared upstairs. Still only having one loo upstairs is disappointing. The downstairs loo, although generally clean, needed a bit of attention, perhaps the checklist had been signed without an observation taking place. The toilet paper in the downstairs loo was stuck. The roll wouldn't turn so I needed to put both hands into the drum to twist some paper out. The person making announcements was virtually inaudible. The lockers need attention, some are broken but also the keys don't seem to remind you which locker you used. I tried 3 locks before getting the right one.
Please note that all of the staff that we spoke to were very friendly and as helpful as they could have been. As a party we had...
Read moreThe inflable is fab and with a few simple improvements within the venue would be 5 star! I came with my wife and children ( 17,14,12&8) all 6 of us really enjoyed ourselves. The actual inflatable attraction is fab. We arrived 40 minutes early and staff at reception were without sounding rude pretty unexpirenced and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. We booked for the 2 hours. Each hour is a different wrist band colour and I had to say three times before we were given both colours. It was very disorganised to say the least. We were told to go up to cafe and be at briefing zone 20 mins before start. The cafe now this deserves 1 star! Counter staff were again very inexperienced. There’s no menu board nor menu on the tables and by reading the menu I made a queue which I didn’t feel happy about. The slush was flavourless. The food not very good quality for the prices......the cake slices at £3.00 erm total ripoff! It’s a no picnic zone so beware fuel up before u go. The briefing now this left a lot to be desired.....the young lady looked dis interested and spoke to the floor and was very Vague and didn’t make it sound fun at all infcat at the briefing I thought oh heck what have I booked??? On the inflatable it was fun! Only one bad point were some staff members didn’t seem interested in the rule breaking youngsters which could easily have become an accident! There was also woman walking with no socks on and out door bags which is clearly stated unless u have inflataspace socks you will be removed! Over all because the inflatable was good I’ve given three stars. I would possibly go again in few months when they’ve been open longer and are more organised......oh last point no keys etc in pockets while bouncing why make key lockers surely code ones would have...
Read moreKids have always wanted to come here so we let them go, I was not impressed by it. £60 for 3 kids and a adult, the girl who served my husband did not mention you only get a hour, the zip wire, click and climb ect were not included, never gave them a wrist band. My husband and younger son went on and a woman told my other son and daughter off telling them to get off because they had no band, trying to get the dads attention, then que again for the bands in the end they got about 30 minutes. My son and daughter wanted to go on click and climb so went and asked the person working on it and they just said " belt, belt, not go on " we couldn't really understand and asked someone else and they were no help. Myself, mam and dad went upstairs to cafe, the lift worked great but when you get to cafe and open the door you have a big table and chairs infront of the lift door, stupid place to put it for people who need ♿️ wheelchair and has a pram and my mam uses a crutch because she struggles to walk, the tables were dirty, staff did not look happy at all, the music was so loud. This bit is nothing to do with the place it's self it's just advice if suffer bad epilepsy like myself I wouldn't recommend it because the lights round the arcade are bright, some flash and it's loud which was making me feel funny. Everyone has different reviews on things and unfortunately ours was not a good one because of the staff not giving us correct information, cafe that could of been easily cleaned because staff were just hanging about talking. Kids did love the...
