This review might be a little misleading as I am not rating the marsh itself, but rather the deep network of underground bunkers and cave tunnels underneath it. I stirred up a little bit of chaos in Austin and Amsterdam the other day and had to flee to Lowestoft to fix a few ribs. After leaving the KFC through a tunnel someone had dug in the men's bathroom, I ended up finding this place and I have to say its rather cozy. The eldritch troglodytes that live here are rather peaceful if a little culturally insensitive and the expensive French mattresses down here are top notch. Small car park up the hill. Some great picnic spots. Surprisingly quiet. Road noise is minimal, distant, certainly not intrusive. Next visit, will try the walk through...
