Costa Coffee — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Ordered a hot chocolate. Barista get a jug from the side of the till reheats it almost to boiling point (I'm also a barista btw) puts it in the cup and ask if I want sprinkles, I cannot believe she actually reheats warm milk left on the side. If I get food poisoning I know where I got it from. Only 2 people working, a guy at the till and a lady at the coffee machine. I understand they are understaffed but like, you should know how much milk you need and rinse your jug off milk every time......

Came here this morning and ordered a frappe with coffee & soya milk with no cream. I’m not lactose intolerant but my stomach is sensitive.
