High Crompton Park — Attraction in Oldham

Lovely park, very clean and well kept has its own free car park. Great open spaces for dog walking. Good playground for the kids has a tennis court and a basketball court too. A little outside gym with working equipment , a nature reserve and a bowling green. Plenty of benches and bin's around the park. I come here regularly with the dog's and I've never experienced or witnessed any problems....

The park itself needs some work, 1path floods badly when it rains but it's a great place to meet fellow dog walkers and I have made many new friends since I've been going in there. There's supposed to be work being done on the derelict building to turn it into a cafe but nothing seems to be happening yet,...

This place has been somewhere where I have grown up. It seems to have gone down hill recently and not as many flowers planted and the park has lost some of its fun features that it used to have. Seems very tidy but there is alot of dog fouling around the place so it was worrying for me to let my 1 year old...
