Not a public beach by the looks of it, it's a caravan park with a security barrier. There is a car park up a nearby hill for the headland walks and a dog walker did say you could get down, but it's very steep so we turned back with our elderly dog. Not sure if you could park up top and walk back down through the holiday park, but we didn't want another disappointment so didn't try. Maybe someone else...
