Peacock Meadow Park — Attraction in Plymouth

Not for the disabled wheelchair user: there is not a single wheelchair accessible entrance unless I go over a mile and a half up a hill and around to the back. Every entrance is narrow or blocked, and the parks dept. insist the park is not theirs and they can't do anything about it despite it being on their site and the .gov. site and holding public play facilities.
