I recently visited Coed Bach Park in Pontardulais and had an amazing experience. The park is situated in a beautiful woodland setting and is well maintained. There is a great variety of activities available including walking trails, a playground for children, and a picnic area. The trails are clearly marked and there are plenty of benches to rest on and take in the views. The playground is modern and well equipped with swings, slides, and a variety of other play equipment. There is also a lake with a fountain to explore, which is a great spot for bird watching. The friends of Coed Bach have worked so hard to make it a lovely place to visit, with a fairy garden, wigwam frame in one of the wooded areas, the kiddie park and a zip wire and exercise area. Plenty of paths, plenty of "rougher terrain" loads of squirrels and a lake. Also a tennis court and good parking (when there aren't any games on!)
