Read moreChesil Beach was on our to do list when we visited the Jurassic Coast. We already knew the centre was the place to park at and walk from, but what we didn't know was what else was there.
The centre itself has a lovely cafe, where we had lunch after our walk, an information centre telling you all about the area and what to look out for, plus a small gift centre where you can buy everything from a pair on binoculars to a rubber for school.

Staff were rude. Probably because my friends and I were on motorbikes. There's an irony to it, a snobby waitress looking down her nose at me for having a motorbike but I bet my bike costs more than a year of her wages!
I'd much rather drive a mile or so next time and find somewhere...
