20/11/21 - Went today to the Wacky Rumble Event, the kids absolutely loved it, so did the adults, we went to the 6pm show it was brilliant, so much fun, especially the last Rumble it was 'crazy fun' is wat my 5year old said, well done to the wrestlers they put on a really good show and hope to see more again next time. Thanks. 15/07/2021 - Inflatable World, took the kids here on a 2 hour session, 8yr/7yr/5yr old, they had lots of fun here, the staff joined in on playing games with them I booked online with a kids food pack which was worth the money, nice cafe seating area , a clean and tidy place with a good selection of inflatables. Would recommend to others. Party bookings are also available here and onsite car park available.

We attended a session for 0 to 5-year-olds, but children - 'older siblings' over 5, were running around like it was a racetrack. It didn’t feel safe at all with little ones about. Half the time, I was worried an older child might come charging through and accidentally step on the baby! The thing is, we weren’t the only ones; we saw it happening to other families too. You’d think staff would keep an eye on things and remind the older kids to calm down, especially during a session meant for younger children.

Great day out reasonably priced day out I would say the best age range would be 4-10 any younger you of course have activity and areas to go but the inflatables I'd imaging being aimed at the ages above ... Very safety minded and plenty staff on hand to help ... Food was great quality and well priced ... All in all had a fantastic day and would recommend to all looking to fill a day or even look to private hire for party's! This review is thanks to the staff on the day could not have done better Thank you

If I could give less that one star I would.

Where do I begin?

This cost me nearly ÂŁ50 for two adults and two (2 years olds) for a 2 hour slot on a Saturday (3rd July 2021)

There was a real struggle to find car parking outside and there is no clear signage to suggest we could use the car park that belongs to the gymnastics next door, so you were left feeling uneasy to begin with.

The company website stipulates they have many play areas that are suited to 0+ year olds. (they have ONE small area)

On entry we were greeted by a short hello ,issued wrist bands and told they had no lockers to offer us, and instead offered us laundry buckets/baskets to place our belongings in, that included our car keys, wallets and bags , jackets and your shoes and socks - these baskets were then placed to the side which are easily accessible to people walking past on their way out, this is totally unacceptable and total disorganised knowing how many people, would be attending that didn’t want to carry their keys and wallets in their pockets which could easily fall out on the inflatables

Anyway Once we’d put on our provided safety socks (no benches or anything to sit down 2 year old kids in tow) we were then directed to a young baby/toddler section at the back of the arena, to some extend my toddlers enjoyed this for a mere 10 mins (tiny little ball pit area) but then were easily bored and there was no other apparatus or play areas that were designed for their age group, and instead we had groups of yob kids who were left to run riot by their irresponsible parents and these kids were diving “head first” right next to my 2 year children and could quite easily injure them. There were no staff to supervise the toddler area, the staff must have thought they don’t need to monitor this area since its for young children and parents would be there to supervise but clearly this doesn’t work for parents of older children who’d happily enter the really young children /toddler area jump/dive dangerously right next to 2 year olds and have several near miss head clashes

We entered the park at 14:00 and left and 14:40 (having booked a 2 hour slot) There was no way could bear any longer There was no other areas my children would be suitable for playing in It was boring Super expensive super disappointing This place was unentertaining (perhaps maybe when my children are older)

Ball in the pits shouldn't really be left out during covid as they cannot be cleaned properly (most other places don't have the the balls out)

The inflatable areas felt grotty , sticky and dirty and disgusting

The staff need to always monitor the small baby/toddler soft play area (you need to stop older children entering and place appropriate signage that can warn them of age/height restrictions)

This place is no way worth the money they charged us (ÂŁ48.70) for family of 4

This place is no way suitable for anyone under the age of 6

I will not be visiting this place again,

There are many other nicer cleaner places that offer more and at a reasonable price

(BIG POINTER) DURING COVID THE PLACE WAS AT CAPACITY IF NOT OVER FULL THERE WAS HARDLY ANY COVID MEASURES IN FORCE

I saw one girl spray a little anti-bac on a little area -watching this was laughable

THERE WERE FAR TOO MANY PEOPLE AT ANY POINT DURING OUR STAY SO UNSURE IF THEY'RE RUNNING AT 150%- 200% ABOVE CAPACITY TO DRAW MONEY BACK INTO THE BUSINESS FOR BEING CLOSED DURING LOCK DOWN- SHAME ON YOU!

THERE WERE ADULTS WITH NO MASKS, and you're having to brush past most of the people there , that's how busy and manic it was,

STAFF DIDNT SEEM BOTHERED and this is so unfair to others that WERE COMPLYING TO THE RULES TO KEEP OTHERS SAFE-

Would I recommend this place? NO, NO and hell No again

Think twice before you book this place, definitely not worth it and certainly not a...

Had a party here for a 6 year old. I'd say a solid 4.5 stars. It was great with just a few niggles I'd probably forget about in a week.

On arrival we were greeted by the girl that stayed with us throughout the party, she was excellent (forgot her name sorry!) She explained the process to me, asked about payment for socks and any additional costs.

We arrived 15min before the party start time and tbh being made to wait till the very last second when it ticked over to 4pm before we could enter was one of the niggles, the party girl was excited and bouncing all over the place 😂

We were in! The actual inflatables were awesome and everyone enjoyed themselves, felt clean and there was plenty of staff around keeping kids safe. Most of the party were a little too short for 2 of the inflatables, 7+ looks like the best age. We also had a 12 month old with us, who thoroughly enjoyed the space. The hour disappeared quickly!

We were then taken upstairs to the party room where staff had arranged guests presents, our cupcakes and there were bubbles and balloons! Food was served. Both cheese pizza and the dairy free pizza were excellent, chips were nice too, Plenty of food for the age.

A side note would be that IMO the music in that room was too loud for this age of child, it was night club loud! Maybe I'm just getting old 😁

Photos were taken (We are assuming they are being sent to us) Games were played? Not sure about what games as it seemed like I blinked and kids had prizes for dancing? Or musical statues were mentioned but I don't really remember the music stopping. We sang happy birthday and in hindsight I should have taken that as the hint because.....

I was then told to get out 😂 there was some confusion about time, we thought it was 4-6pm but it was 4-5:45pm, sorry if we caused an issue getting ready for the next party. A small time prompt while kids were eating would have helped us though as we were all enjoying the moment and not paying attention to time.

Would I return? Definitely! Both for a party and in place of a trip to soft play. I actually look forward to trying some more food from the cafe as the...

I held my daughter’s 6th birthday party at Wacky World Preston on 28th February 2024 and I was so impressed that I felt that I must review. Immediately on entering the venue, I met two girls - Chloe and Phoebe - who immediately put me at ease and were so helpful, insisting that they had a handle on everything and I should relax and enjoy the time with my daughter. The two girls continued to be fantastic throughout and I have never been so accommodated at a children’s party before. The children then went into the area and the older lads staffing there, engaged with the group of 15 little ones immediately, helping them on the inflatables, playing football with them - just generally giving them a great time. The lovely lady on reception (who had been brilliant on the phone on booking), kindly offered to help me bring things from the car, which was unusual for a ‘party host’, but really appreciated. The kids really enjoyed their time on the inflatables and then went upstairs for their party where there was a selfie machine, bubbles and balloons. Chloe and Phoebe continued to work really hard, feeding the kids and then entertaining them with party games. They could not have been more helpful and they are an asset to the venue. It’s not often I review things but this was the best party venue that I’ve ever held a party at (and I’ve done at least 6 with my two children). From the moment I phoned, the staff were efficient and helpful, to the evening itself where they looked after everything. A massive thank you to the entire team of staff that evening - you are incredible and made a full-time working mum’s life much easier!! My daughter Sophie said it was the ‘best day of her life’ and I do believe the fantastically organised and clean venue, as well as the friendliness and efficiency of the staff played a massive part in this. Thank you to all of you. We will be back...
