What a cracking little, well not so little, beach to visit. Top place to visit with the family and the dogs, our two Border Terriers loved running around the sand and into the waters edge. Nice and flat so the children could paddle safely and even venture out a little further but felt safe. There were obvious slight rip tides to keep an eye out for, but like many beaches, just keep an eye out and you will be fine. Highly recommend a visit, we were lucky enough to be staying within walking distance, but well worth a drive to if you're not staying nearby. Having a drone also helps with getting breathing taking pictures of the coastline...

It's an OK place to camp. There are some toilets and showers, but the ground gets quite boggy and when it rains some parts can get a bit flooded. There is a nice beach there to explore and a small walk to a trig point but the water at the beach gets quite contaminated by the downpour of the surrounding mountains and I wouldn't recommend getting in the water when...

Secluded, beautiful and sheltered - made for a wonderful family day out. The sand was soft and white, and we had lots of rock pools with crabs and things.

ACCESSIBILITY WARNING: there's a steep sand climb to get down and back to the beach - we managed fine carrying our two year old, but a grampa from another group chose not to...

It's an OK place to camp. There are some toilets and showers, but the ground gets quite boggy and when it rains some parts can get a bit flooded. There is a nice beach there to explore and a small walk to a trig point but the water at the beach gets quite contaminated by the downpour of the surrounding mountains and I wouldn't recommend getting in the water when this happens.
