Govan Cross Shopping Centre — Attraction in Scotland

this must be the only shopping centre on earth where the customer is allowed to be harassed by canvassers,on my way in i could clearly see a young man and lady standing at a pop up stall so i try to walk past them , i found myself being approached by the young man trying to sell me something so i tell him politely NO THANKS I DON'T NEED ANYTHING, yet on my way out i'm now approached by his partner trying to sell the same thing , lucky for me their boss was there so i decided to tell her i,m feeling quite harassed at being approached by folk trying to sell me stuff i don't want. i told her i can clearly see the stall and if i wanted anything from it i'm able to approach the stall and make inquiries, the cheeky cow told me her staff were entitled to stop me and ask questions so i gave her a piece of my mind and told her i actually have the right to speak to whoever i want and her staff were not on my preferred list, so i then decided to go and look for the centre security, imagine my disgust when they refused to tell the boss to inform her staff to stop harassing centre customers, instead telling me the staff are trained to approach shoppers , so i asked to speak to the centre management only to be told by security there was no-one there i could speak to ,, i'm almost certain that i have the right to speak to whoever i want ,,, in the case of govan shopping centre it seems like i'll speak to whoever pays them a pound and my civil rights mean nothing,, anyway still waiting on my return call from management . if they don't call me back i hope they read this and understand if i go shopping you don't need to try and sell me anything as i'm there to buy , if i dont come to your stall / shop its because you DONT HAVE...

This shopping center is disgusting! The security have no respect for shoppers when they have a complaint about anything. ..mainly the canvassers. The staff in most shops lack so much customer service and it's as if they've been programmed to only say "would you like a bag?". The canvassers, which is usually the win an Ipad stand,harassing people as they pass,asking who does your gas and electricity, even if you say not interested, they pull out their tablet or phone and say we'll do it anyway and follow you!and talktalk,I could be walking through the center a few times back and fourth and it's like they don't recognise me from 3-5 minutes ago and approach...

Local shopping mall However the 2hrs set for parking not long enough - I was in at Xmas - went to McDonald's the bakers for breakfast, PO, Peacocks, Home Bargains then Iceland on way out. Now have a parking ticket and a demand for £140. For a shopping mall on my door step where I have resident parking! If you want to have local people shop locally instead of at Braehead or Silverburn this 2hr time slot needs to be reviewed. And signs need to be clearer ( in more direct sight ie on entrance walls/doors). I do use frequently and until I got his Notice Charge through I never paid attention to the signs now I see them!
