Absolutely loved my visit to Scotland's first alpine coaster! The thrill of the ride was exhilarating, winding through stunning scenery that truly showcases the beauty of the Highlands. The staff were friendly and made sure everything was safe and enjoyable. I appreciated the flexibility to control my speed, making it fun for all ages. It’s a unique experience that combines adventure with breathtaking views. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun day out!

Booked a slot on the toboggan run for 2 adults and 2 kids, 3 runs. Reported to the portacabin and got our wristbands (to show how many runs you have) up to the shed, listened to some safety rules and we were ready to go. Kids in front, adults in back, seatbelts on, check to see we know how to break (who’s gonna break huh!) the a pleasant pull up the hill. Very smooth run up and at the top gravity takes over, free run down a rollercoaster style rail. Longest in UK, only 1 other, and yes I pulled on the brake a touch on the first run but not the 2nd or 3rd, it was fantastic. Wet as it was raining so wrap up and have waterproofs, absolutely brilliant time had by adults and kids. Definitely doing it again but coming to wait till better weather.

Really great Alpine coaster - uplift time isn't too long and it's a very comfortable ride on the way down, even when you're light on the brakes. We paid for 3 rides each, which I would recommend as you're just figuring things out on the first run. The queue was long though, and doesn't go down very quickly. The queue system for multiple rides has to run at the same time as single rides, so only 3 or 4 from each queue can board at any one time. Throughput is slow, and while we were waiting there was an issue with a sled that had to be removed from the track. There was no communication from the team about how long things would be held up for, nor any reassureance that we'd get going again. On the staff - there are plenty of them, but didn't seem to be any uniforms, so it was hard to tell who the team members are. I'm sure they'll figure out the queues and speed up throughput, if possible. We'll definitely be back!
