The Enid Hutt Gallery — Attraction in Scotland

I purchased a calendar from this website on 19.02.25, and shortly after received an email confirming a 2024 calendar instead of the 2025 one. I immediately contacted Art In Print via email and WhatsApp, and they acknowledged my messages, informing me that the 2025 calendar was sold out.

I assumed a refund would be processed, but three weeks later, despite numerous follow-up emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, I’ve received no response. The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating.

Placed a Christmas order for Harry Potter print posted to wrong address,only found out because dpd informed of drop off point.informed enid hut they told me I had asked for this address yet their receipt sent by email had the correct address. They apparently informed me it has been re allocated to new address and will arrive24 Dec. Tracking shows still being redirected now 27th Dec and granddaughter Christmas ruined. Can’t speak more highly of Enid Hutt, she is kind, knowledgeable and generous with her time.

We visited 2 weeks ago to have a chat as we were in the area and left with 3 pictures and then ordered 2 more on line.

Enid has a lot of knowledge about art and happy to share this with anyone that is looking for advice.

She was more than happy to reframe a picture to match another one we bought from her as well as making our spaniel feel at home.

Would highly recommend the gallery as she stocks a large range of artists.
