They were not how it used to be. Used to have nice food, friendly staff and the customer service really good. I had my son's birthday party here last year it was a blast. Over all I was very satisfied.

Just to compare how it is now. I had my daughter's birthday here last Sunday. When we came and this party host approach me and talked to me about details of the party. She was kind of attitude but I ignored that. Maybe it's just the way she talks or something. But it didn't stop there, she continue with her rude attitude to the point even my guests were complaining how they were treated but her at the entrance. It was a bit humiliating for my friend and I was embarrased how they got treated too as they were our guests. It will all be ok if she just know how to be polite, friendly and knows how to use correct words and provide good customer service.

She asked the kids to sing happy birthday without even considering if the parents where in the room to be part of it. Last year at my son's birthday there, I was being informed every time they are doing something. When it's time for the kids to eat, when it's time for them to sing happy birthday or for the birthday child to blow the cake. I was informed before hand which was good, but this time! Me and my husband missed it, I saw the video from my friend. She even didn't asked my child to make a wish before blowing the cake. Is that how you call extra special? Horrible experience, my friends who wanted to have their kids birthday party here even changed their mind. Very disappointing! My daughter even see her making faces and murmuring when she turned around after talking to me (your staff name Lilli) by the way.

She asked me if I want she can send the picture to my email so I provided my email but until now there were no pictures.

Oh by the way and your food was not good as before too.

I hope you improve your service and have...

We've been regular visitors to rascals over the years, with both my three and five year old enjoying the space and activities there. We were aware that there had been a change of ownership before we came this time and expected there to be natural changes made in line with the new owners vision, but I feel disheartened after our visit today, feeling that the new owner may be more interested in max profit than making this a place that is loved by children and adults alike.

Gone are the cooking clubs, Spidey visits and dance activities.

Gone are the meal upgrade options

Gone is the plentiful menu, now replaced with limited more budget meals and if you are vegetarian be prepared to only have cheese as an option. Vegans are welcome to choose a garlic bread as their only option

Real cutlery and plates are gone, replaced with cardboard trays and bamboo forks ... Great for my three year old to chop his jacket potato up with.

My five year olds pizza, fries and beans was mainly fries, with the tiniest slice of pizza and a thimble of beans.

Good news if your kids love sugar... They now have a full vending machine of hugely over inflated products all over the kitchen tills (far more than there ever was before)

I hope the new owner is in an ' adjustment and settling phase ' because if todays experience are a sign of things to come, I fear some long standing customers may find alternative venues.

Interestingly they have also taken away the feedback station, so no way to easily feed back to the establishment any more either.

On a positive the staff there remain very polite...

I held a party for my three year old son and received the best service from any play centre or any business! Every staff member was extremely pleasant and wanted to go above and beyond for us. We chose the pirate room. The cleanliness of this play centre was superb. All the staff deserve a shout out but Frankie our party host was extremely helpful, polite and wanted to do everything to make my son have a very special day. We didn’t have a traditional birthday party but the staff were extremely accommodating and purposely went out their way to not not only understand our needs for the party but went that extra mile to exceed them. The equipment was all working and in very good condition including the cars on the track. (Very easy to drive even for a 2 year old).

The party games were very well planned and the organisation was second to none. This play centre gets booked up really quickly so plan well ahead to make sure you get the date you want.

The food was delicious and the kids really enjoyed the party food they have a wide menu range which caters for halal, vegetarian and vegan options.

I could never compliment this place enough even if I tried. I will definitely be booking this place again for my kids birthday as it is extremely value for money. I would honestly be proud to own a business such as this. I can hand in heart say this place cares more about service and customer experience then profit.

Thanks guys for making our...

Used to love coming here, now they’ve stopped the meal deal it’s very overpriced. £11.85 for entry for a 2.5 year old to play for 2 hours in term time, no wonder it’s dead and hardly anyone here, used to be super busy on a Friday when we’d come. £2.25 for a bar of chocolate. £1.75 for a packet of fruit pastels or skittles. £1.90 for a can of pop. Garlic bread £8.50, Margherita pizza £9.95- costs less for a garlic bread or pizza at Italian orchard or Francos which are genuine Italian restaurants. Won’t be returning here again, will stay with mini magees, only £8.50 there for a meal deal and 2 hour play, food is always good portion size, adult meals never more expensive than £7 and huge portion sizes, would recommend going there. Understand that there is price increases, but the price has increased and they’ve slashed other things but this is just pure greed.
