I’d previously reviewed this well but tonight changed that. I placed my order and a cheerful face greeted me. However a mistake was made and they made me an iced drink. I politely pointed this out and the lady that made it, grace was fine and apologetic. Her colleague River however made a rather blunt “we’ll just make another at no cost for you”. No apology or anything, and she’d done similar with the previous customer when they got their order wrong too.

Tried here again much cleaner, and now you get a choice of almond, oat, or soya dairyfree latte lovely but still nothing gluten-free for treats. It's still busy and not much room at certain times. The doors are not as sensitive, so don't open at every car passing if you get that table! Friendly staff work hard as there's lots of To-go coffee orders too. What a farce. Queues out of the door with a one way turn stile system in place. As a result service is so slow its almost stopped and there is less than half the normal seating inside. A disaster as can be seen by the amount of people who walked in and walked out after a few Minutes.
Other starbucks in buckshaw nr chorley meantime are using commonsense and running a relatively normal service. Service is good and no covid hysteria.
