Nice little beach at Porthilly cove. The nearby DeeDees beach can be accessed via a footbridge which connects you via a public right of way across a farmers' land. This can also be accesswd through the nearby churchyard.

I came here on a Saturday morning in October. The beach was empty at first but, upon my leaving around 8am, I was passed by some open water swimmers braving the Autumnal Atlantic tides.

Rather them than I! Although less chilly than in Spring I'd like to keep my outdoor bound activities landbound in the colder months thank...
