I small place to visit but nonetheless interesting. I suggest you combine it with a visit to the priest house at Mucheney and the Treasurer's house in Martock, all of which are interesting in there own rights but are quick to get around. They're all close so doable.

National Trust property. Also used as private residence - owing to which the opening times are seasonal. I Situated at top end of North Street, Stoke sub Hamdon. Parking in the surrounding area can be a little tricky! Interesting remains of various buildings, some of which are visible without entering...
