Beautiful seen eke area that you can see for miles from no matter the weather. Plenty of different walks depending on your ability or pleasure. Nice place to spend time with kids have a play. Or just a picnic. There is no public toilets so definitely recommend go before. As there is a nice pub, but it dose get busy so not a place to pop to the toilet. With a number of parking areas and a plethora of pathways around and about, makes this area a great place to walk with or without a pet. Several areas also exist where a picnic can be taken or outdoor games can be played and the millennium stones is worth a look. Ham Hill has plenty of parking options with lots of walks and great views of the surrounding countryside from the monument. It’s a great place to walk your dog with lots of trails through the quarry, on the ridge line and through the woods, where there is a woodland school for the children. There’s also a nice pub next to the main parking area and the parking is free.

We did an organised den building activity. The kids (even 14 year olds) enjoyed it. Great involvement from rangers. Nice coffee in the pub after completed a good morning. More time next time to explore the park.
