Massive park, big play area for the kids ,loads of room for dogs to run free. The only downside to this place is that my dog has been attacked by other dogs many times at this park for no reason . Then you get the classic "oh I'm so sorry he's not normally like that" bullsh*t.

Popular spot to take the dogs for a walk. It's wide open, well away from roads, and with 'dog poo' bins. The grass is cut regularly, it has a football pitch and an enclosed play area.

.1 of better parks in thanet. Everything woodland walk, better than average children's play area for thanet area, football pitches lots of open green areas, secluded private garden area. Only downfall is secret garden that was occasionally open to general public with family events since being privitalised is no longer open to special or educational groups nor other families for family events and it is just being left as if forgotten about n falling into overgrown ruin as well as vandals etc breaking in n causing damage to the gardens and apparatus inside as well as the toy shed inside n ruining the gardens as...

I visited Northdown Park as part of a visit to the Garden Gate Project recently. The park itself is lovely, a necessary wide open space with lots of playing space, mostly grassed. Northdown House, a notable local historic building, is within the bounds of Northdown Park, well worth a visit and has been used for corporate functions and private celebrations for many years. The Garden Gate project is a lovely presence in a walled garden area of the park, the project is a charity which supports people through the enjoyment of being involved in growing and caring for plants...

Love walking my dogs through the wooded area, garden and fields. Unfortunately, people don't clean up after their dogs even tho there's plenty of bins. Used by a couple of dog walking companies who let the dogs run round without much care or consideration. Meant to keep dogs on leads in the gardens but, once again, inconsiderate individuals let their dogs run round making it difficult for others to walk thro or...
