The Traeth Borth Wen car park is an excellent place to start a hiking tour along the coast line (very beautiful) or if you want to visit the beach close by. Be prepared to drive about a mile or so along a typically (ridiculously) narrow „street“ leading to the car park. As it is a very popular place to put your car, be prepared that you might be forced to drive back where you came from… Another hint: have some coins ready or the app of „PayByPhone“. The parking ticket machine is not yet (08/2023) ready to get paid by card, by phone or even by paper money. If you manage to park your car, you are rewarded with a very beautiful landscape for bathing, sightseeing and hiking.

This small, rocky beach I also love to visit here on Anglesey. On the day I went I encountered very stormy, blustery weather, but on sunnier days it is a wonderful place to visit. There is a lovely walk along the beach and out over the headland, where you will encounter beautiful rock coves etc. Just be very careful of the approach road to the Pay and Display Car Park at the beach, as it is fairly narrow and windy, with passing places. During the Summer months it can get quite congested. But it is still a lovely little beach. :)

We loved this beach! On a sunny day you will need to get there early as the car park is only small and fills up quick (we couldn't get parked the first time we tried to go to this beach at 9.45am!). It's down a narrow lane but has toilets but no cafe so bring drinks and food. The bay means the sea was super calm and shallow so great for kids. Has some rocks so great for crabbing. We also got lucky and seen seals in the bay and at the beach next to it (which is a nice short walk to).

We visited here as I was looking on Google Maps & noticed the double beaches nearby that lead onto a dinky peninsula. Once past the White Eagle the road is almost all single track & shared with walkers. There's a car park & toilets at the end of the road & the beach is only about 100 feet away. If you continue south on the beach for about 1,000 feet you will reach the double beaches: one facing North East & the other South West into a small bay - this is such a peaceful place & definitely...
