I booked the inflatable water park. It was okay, worker was very rude to me and my freinds as we were walking out of changing rooms telling us to go to the demonstration I agreed and asked about life jackets and stated my friends coming which he gave me a snarky response about getting to the demonstration and the others have to watch it after. When in water there were speed boats close to the inflatable water park which we booked... Very close to where people were swimming! Very dangerous. There also was a slide you have to climb up the ropes to and some girls tried to climb right underneath me so when I was falling I had to trap my thigh in the rope not to hurt them... So I have ropeburn on my thigh! Lifeguard should of stopped people from climbing one after the other on it. I feel like there were to many people on it for one session.. little ones were flung off and there was alot of people traffic. Maybe there should be a family session separately so the little ones aren't flung off by full grown men...
Read moreI took my son and his 3 friends to the Aqua Park for his 14th birthday, it was almost £100 which I thought I was fairly steep for less than an hour on the water course. Everyone had a good time so that was the main thing. However, I was really shocked a week or so later to receive a parking fine for £60 due to not parking put the correct parking duration on the RingParking App. I contacted Bewl Water a couple of times by email to see if they could do anything to assist with appealing the fine but I didn't get a response. I also tried to call but it seems impossible to speak to anybody. All in all I feel pretty let down by Bewl Water not to even acknowledge my complaint. I realise it was my own fault with not paying the adequate parking but to be penalised in this way seems very unfair and not to even get any acknowledgement to my emails has resulted in me never...
Read moreVery disappointed. Came here last Saturday having done various inflatable water parks similar to this one. However, this was by far our worst experience. The organisation and communication levels from the staff were very poor and inconsistent (eg: told us to put bags etc away and then the next minute told us we needed shoes for the walk down to the lake and appeared frustrated we had put them away!). The aqua park itself was okay but wasn’t very big and was overcrowded so not much space or ended up waiting a lot. And the worst part was that many of the Velcro connections between inflatable parts were not attached leading to four members of our party injuring themselves, including one suffering a nasty gash on ankle. The first aid was very questionable, with no gloves worn and leaving it to us to sort our friend out. Very disappointed and won’t be...
