We found this place, by chance, when looking for somewhere to have a picnic after visiting Crocs of the World. We loved it so much that we travelled 40 mins to visit again. My sister travelled over an hour and it's so worth it. They do need to sort out the toilets though. You have to pay 20p and on both visits they took the money and didn't open. Other people had this problem too as they aren't marked as out of order. 2 of 4 were working, 1 of which was over flowing, and the only usable one had the sink pulled off the wall. 1 star deducted for this reason. The bins in the park were overflowing, as the weather had been lovely, would be better if people took home their rubbish rather than leaving it by the side of the bins to be blown around. That's not the parks fault though 😜 All round,...

This Country Park has a great outdoor adventure playground which has something for all ages of children.

There's a great sandpit with digging/scooping toys, standard swings and other types of swings, 4 slides, trampolines, a tunnel and a central off the ground climbing ropes area which is brilliant.

There are plenty of benches and picnic benches around the area and a covered area to eat in case it rains.

There is also a large country park area which we didn't explore but it looks like the paths are very well maintained and level.

The only downside is that the car is not that big and the toilet wasn't open and looked like you would have to pay even if it was open. If it wasn't for this it would...

Amazing park could not fault it at all.

No disabled bays. The path into the park is uneven. It's doable in a wheelchair but only when it's dry. Accessibility wise once your in the park it should be fine.

One issue which isn't directly with the park but with the attached toilets in the car park. The four (disabled) toilets we're... Lacking. They cost 20p (not a big deal but we've been cashless for over a year now), out of the four, one door didn't work, one broken / out of order, one had the baby changing table ripped off the wall and the other was in such a disgusting state when the door opened we was...

Country park in Carterton, Oxfordshire. Fresh and vibrant with lots of places to walk the dog around the park. In the playground is an adventure play ground with zip line and climbing frames, in floor trampolines, slides, swings etc. when you walk around the park you can find a pair of steel horses. There are toilets available in the car park at a cost of 20p (coins only) I believe someone was having difficulty with a door as the coin jammed but they managed to retrieve it. The toilets were clean inside. All in all a great little place to visit for the dog to blow off steam and the kids

Lots for kids to climb on. Plenty for all ages. Sandpit was a hit along with the slides and maze. It covers a large area and is not gated so you do have to move around with little ones. We spent a good few hours here. You could easily spend longer. There is a walk path of the grounds so lots to see
