Went to the sundowner event in the early evening. It was misty and no sight of the sun so one of our party didn't go as it threatened to rain. However, we spent a very happy hour trying local cider and sausages, listening to a band and going through the sunflower trail. And the ice cream at the end was a nice treat. On a clear it's a beautiful view looking out across the sunny heads of all...

We went yesterday in the rain and had the best time! We did 4 laps of the sunflower field and only left due to needing to get home for tea. The best day out with a 5 year old, hiding in the Maize, watching the bees shelter under petals and the kindest staff; the owner went and cut her a special orange sunflower at the end of our visit. I’d hugely recommend going in all weathers as kids are waterproof and we had more fun running around making muddy memories than we would have anywhere else! Thank you for creating an amazing place! We’ll...
