It is a nice break from the usual inner city life, but the council could do more with such a large open space. It's great for playing sports, and you can take part in cricket, football, or tennis here, and used to be able to take advantage of the paddling pool (currently closed) for a dip on a warm day which was great with kids. There is a reasonable playground for the kids, but there is not as much equipment as you would image for such a large park. Always good to take you dog around here, and it is beautiful in the spring time when the blossom tree's are in full bloom, and the early flowers are coming through.

Lovely, fair sized park in the middle of a mostly industrial area. A quiet oasis a mile or so out of the city centre, where you can park up and have a few minutes peace... Or eat your lunch... Had a proper walk around it today, and I am amazed by how much they have packed into this park. Great paths around the edge (just over a mile in length) and others meandering through clumps of trees. Football pitches, a parade ground, clock, bandstand, children's playground, lido and even a bicycle club track...

This is such a lovely park that I've only recently started to appreciate properly! Great for walking around, jogging... See lots of families taking their kids or pets around... And people are friendly too! Grounds are kept pretty immaculate too, lovely bit of greenery! 🌳🌺

I walk all the way from Bentley Bridge to visit East Park, then I walk all around the park, I love the old main entrance, it is so monumental and then view down the drive, it's beautiful avenue of beautiful mature trees, when I've walked all around East Park, I like to sit on one of the many park benches and just take in the atmosphere of the place, there are lots of squirrels running around and up and down the trees, and at this time of the year Autumn, there are lots of gold's and reds and oranges in the leaves and the berries, it's really pretty, I came across the park a few years ago whilst I was on one of my walks and was so pleased that I had found such a wonderful place to visit, amongst all of the other parks that I love to visit in Wolverhampton ! East Park is kind of special to me because like I said, I found it accidentally just by walking around . I love it when the ice cream van is there as well lol🌳🌲☀️🍁🍂❄️🌨️🚶🐿️🐿️🌈🌅🍂🍁🌳🌲🍦☀️🚴🌤️ Then I walk all the way back home to near...

Park itself is ok, but the gents toilet is terrible. Hasn't been painted In like a thousand years and real grime about the place. As cycle events are held here from all over the uk, god knows what these people must think of our great city. They also close at 3pm, as that's when the council workers go home, so I guess no one needs toilets after 3pm! Councillors should be ashamed, On the other side you have an industrial estate with smoke pouring across your path from the recycling centre. So if your looking for a healthy place to walk or run, you might find yourself covered in carcinogenic smoke. Again, why are councillors allowing such a place to trade by a park, money maybe? It's such a shame as apart from that it is highly maintained by a great group of...

Great park recently updated. Parking I found OK, not sure where I'd have gone if no spaces left, but I did go on a busy Sunday and football games were being played on the fields, it's basically a road you go down through the middle of the park, when you enter through the main gates and offside parking either side of the road, however, the dirt track beside is what you have to walk along, or the grass to keep off the road. I was OK with my pushchair and toddler walking, but a double wouldn't cope. Also we had to get back onto the road at the end as it wasn't possible to continue at the end, and viability wasn't good so was a leap of faith if you like. I feel this should be made safer? All in all a good park, plenty for all to do,...
