We had a family friend birthday event today at 2:30 which was really disorganised. We didn’t get into a party room till after 3:30 so please check your cameras service has been absolutely horrendous employ staff that have personality and are not rude. Considering we paid from 2:30-4:30 we didn’t get the room till after 3:30 which was ridiculous. Food and organisation was not good and we felt forgotten at the start of the event. Your quick to chuck people out and were very rude. A stuck up Indian girl called Raman needs to sort her face and attitude out and absolutely not even worth looking at. Raman came and said you need to get out of the room i said we are we are just taking all the gifts into the car. Which u will also see in the cameras how many rounds were done so we weren't galavanting and actually trying to move things as we had so much stuff. I said to her we didn't come into the room until 3:30 she goes well your 20 minutes over now like sort your stinking attitude out.

Also i had a baby who needed changing and another staff member came over and said you are over your time and we will have to charge u £5.99 considering we paid £320 for a event that wasn’t done correctly. I told her first of all check your cameras to see what time u allowed us to get into the party room. I said my daughter done a toilet so i need to change and settle her before i leave she was like you should have done it ages ago. You cant tell a baby when they should poop or not and what you said was rude and embarrassing. Im a mother who can’t neglect her child u will understand when you have kids yourself. This is to the lady on the desk whose name i forgot to take but is black race.

There was a queue outside the door and the party host should have really shouted out for our party kids that were waiting for a while as they missed out on time to play so again organisation again was not good.

Definitely don’t recommend this place for a party baby changing room was filthy dirty and unclean.

Instead of having attitude try and keep the place clean and bring positiveness. I was going to do my sons party for next month here but thank god i didn’t book not worth a penny here.

I recommend Wombourne Funworld they are brilliant host and its really clean.

Lastly of all the lady that was doing the party games was the only nice person at go kids go and there should be more people like her and it would probably run more successful. Amie was the lady that did the activities with the kids and done the games. You could tell she was under a lot of pressure from all the other staff but was still smiling throughout.

These other rude ladies definitely need to get off there backside and contribute more and help the ones that are working hard like Amie.

Also legally you should follow your times realistically we didn't have the room till 3:30 so party should have been till 5:30. Also the party group weren’t given balloons as stated in the package so you should give a refund instead of being cheeky and asking for more.

how disappointed I was with our visit to go kids go today.

Firstly we walked in and it was freezing cold, I understand the kids are running about but it was actually warmer outside than in the building. My son kept his jumper on the whole time and didnt sweat a bit.

Secondly there were 2 kids in there charging around who were both as big if not bigger than myself at 5ft3 and they literally ran in to my son as he walked through the entrance gate and sent him flying. Hes only just 4 and to be knocked over by 2 kids that big could have done some damage. Your staff literally just stood there didnt even ask if he was ok.

Thirdly the state of the floors by the tables was just down right disgusting there was food and drink all over them. It was there when arrived and still there when I left. Not only was there food and drink on the floors there was food all over the top level of the equipment.

Finally the equpitment its self needs some serious renovation. The lowest level on the blue slide has clearly been patched up several times and now has just completely come away exposing the wood and bare staples in it. Bits of the netting has holes in all round the tunnels are all chipped and jagged. Stickers stuck every where.

Furthermore the admission price list as you walk in the door has no times on and just standard prices however there around £2/£3 more than what online says depending if you go before 3pm.

This place used to be great but can clearly see it's just been left to fall in to a really bad state. Defo needs a good deep clean and a heck of a lot of repares to be done on it.

My husband went there to book a birthday party room. They said that there would be finger snacks (quitea lot), little presents for every child and that we could take some food with us (like cake, salads, anything we needed). My husband wanted to book it at 4pm, they said it's already booked, so we booked it at 3pm.

On the day, we all arrived and they told us that they have booked us at 4pm not at 3pm. OK...they said that kids could play first and they could take care of our cake (not sure if they even put it in the fridge 🤦‍♀️. Then they gave us to choose what we would like to eat...we had to choose one from only 3 options...which was ridiculous, because it's not what was said (even online). Nevertheless, the place was packed. No place where to sit. One girl came to us with a squash and asked where we sit...I said - where we CAN sit?...so she moved some stuff from one table, but there still was no chairs for us.

The place was a mess. Bottles and packaging from snacks was everywhere in the children area, where he little balls are🤦‍♀️. Everything was dirty. Nothing planned. Unorganised.

Then a girl came to us and asked what was the name of our Birthday boy, I told them and she asked me - so it's not Peter? I said no. She said they made pizza for some Peter. And then we realised that there will be no room for us. No worth money.

We left. So disappointed. My child's birthday was ruined. Will we ever come again? - NEVER AGAIN!!!
