I wanted to share my thoughts on a beautiful place I experienced recently. It's truly a wonderful spot for a walk, offering glorious sounds and sights. I particularly enjoyed the birdsongs, the joyous barks of dogs, children's laughter, and the gentle lapping of waves against the pebbled beach. The atmosphere is further enhanced by the chatter of local gossip and the sight of young adults playing footy or cricket.

The locals clearly take great pride in the area; they are often seen picking up litter to keep the green spaces clean, tidy, and safe for everyone. It's also quite rare to see paper boys still active, which adds to the charm. The residents are pleasant, cheerful, and always ready with a warm welcome.

I truly can't fault this beautiful,...

One star .. don't go. (This a well kept local secret. It's perfect on a sunny day. Probably only locals from within a few miles or just visiting friends. It is glorious here on a sunny day, free parking, a couple of toilets, grassy areas and the beach. If the word ever gets out how friendly, unspoilt and suitable this place is it will all be over. Traditional dayout at the seaside, no bright lights or rip off attractions but there will probably be a couple of ice cream van and there is always the Sea Lane cafe for refreshments. A calm oasis. Families, teenagers, grown ups and the grown older all mixing together and keeping the...

Had an amazing time here with family, I have young kids and they really enjoyed themselves here. Great open green area for kids to run around. We pitched our gazebo on the green and just a few steps away is the stoney beach. Everyone there was also very friendly and helpful. Dogs are allowed here and lots of people bring their dogs. The beach was clean and tidy. We also had a BBQ on the green and others were there enjoying the good weather and having BBQs and playing games. Great atmosphere and beautiful place. Highly recommended for...

Took my granddaughter to beach to do some litter picking...never thought l would be picking this much up ,why can't people take it home...and good on the dog walkers for picking up the dog poo.....but why leave the bloody black bags full of it one the beach....l got a bin bag off the ice-cream van to put all this rubbish in, council should maybe put out bigger bond with proper lids during the summer to keep seagulls out .Its lovely piece of land for everyone to enjoy if only visitor's would have respect.

What's not to like or love about this area as there is so much space for the children to run around and barbecuing facilities as well as nature itself. If you like walking or if you like a Mini Adventure then this is the place to come if you like to chill with friends and family near the beach on the grass whilst having a barbecue with the sound of ice cream vans selling their wares then again this is the place

Great place to walk along the beach and forget about life worries, parking is along the side of the road but the is more than enough. Beach is used by kite and wind surfers which is great to watch them wizz about. One of the best stone beaches I've been to and love returning too. Highly recommended.
