*READ BEFORE YOU GO* We used to go here all the time and haven't been back in a year due to covid. We arrived when they first opened at 11 am. I was shocked by how much it has changed. There was trash all over the ground and they had just opened. It was clearly left there from the day before. The foam padding in several places along with the foam jousting poles used for play fighting, were falling apart. Plywood boards were covering sections of the walls. I assumed, possibly from the winter storm we had a few months ago. Then my husband went to the men's room and came out to show me a picture of the urinals, covered in plastic, and filled with what appears to be large amounts of urine resting on top (see pics). Again, they just opened. Duct tape was used to secure safety netting. Half the time, the workers were standing together talking instead of ensuring that the kids running around were being safe. I had to direct kids around us a couple of times to not jump off the high platforms because they would land on one another. It wasn't like this a year ago. We didn't stay the whole two hours and will not be back unless we hear it's undergone some big changes for the better. Upon which I will gladly update my review. Until then, I'm writing this so it might help someone not waste their money. Go elsewhere.

This is a pretty cool place. It's a good size but it's not huge. They do have party rooms that you can rent. There's about 7-8 attractions for kids and adults to play on and the pricing isn't too bad. Here's the bad: The place is ran by kids that look like they're 16-20 years old. So, keep in mind they're not really aware of what is going on around them. Children from 4 all the way up to 50 and beyond can be in the same place at the same time. This isn't always the best mix when playing on trampolines or landing on air filled pads. Also keep in mind it's ran by young kids, paired with the age gaps and you'll want to make sure you stay with your little kids. Also, there are absolutely no security measures in place. There is nothing to keep a child from walking out of the front door or someone who wants to do harm from taking a kid out the front door. Again, keep in mind that's it's ran by young kids, any aged person can be jumping and playing with any age child, and no security measures and you can see where this place could have serious issues. It is a neat place and fun to play in. But I'm not sure I'd let my young child or teenage daughter play here without adult supervision.

I've only been here three times with my kids, but we always have fun. There is actually A LOT to do here. Because it is so big, it never seems crowded. Tonight we went on a Wednesday and there were only two other families there. I went on a Saturday once and my kids found friends from school and had a blast too. It still didn't seem too crowded even though there were a lot of people. It's a great place. You just can't bring any outside food or drink which is typical, but they wouldn't even allow water and the kids get very thirsty jumping around. And the prices aren't bad, but just enough that bringing the whole family is too expensive to come here as much as we'd like.

Cool place. I don't recommend it due to the staff. The place is run by a bunch of teenagers who would rather sit and talk than do their job. We bought two tickets for the go-karts to do one race. Keep in mind it was our first time here. All we were told was that we had to sign a waiver for jumping and racing, and I thought it was just one waiver for both. So, after filling out the one waiver, we went over to the race area and stood there for 15 minutes waiting. The guy running the area walked out the gate and looked at us but didn't say a single thing. One of the employees even looked over the counter and looked at us. So, I went over and asked the lady who checked us out where we go for the go-karts. She said to just stand by the front of the gate, instead of telling us there were no names up there for races. The screen was right in front of her. So, we went back. Finally, after getting tired of waiting, I asked for a refund. The manager said there were no names on their side for races, acting like it was our fault. She said we had to fill out another waiver for the go-karts, which was never told to us when we were paying. When we paid for the races, they should have checked their side to see if we popped up before we walked away. And if they saw us standing there, they should have asked us if we were waiting for the race. She acted like it was our fault and we should have known. Again, it was our first time there. I also asked her why the lady I came up and asked where we go for the races didn't tell us our names weren't up there for a race. All she said was 'I don't know'. I normally don't say stuff about teenage managers because I was one at one point. But she wasn’t trained well enough. Seem liked none...

My son just had his 2nd birthday here and it was so unorganized to say the least and I will not be booking again. I had booked back when it was “maxAir” they are now under new management which is such a disaster. The party came with 2 pizzas for potters which I had to go and ask for since it was already 6:30 my party ended at 7:30p. Their excuse was “they didn’t think I no longer needed them since I brought additional pizza”. 2 boxes was not going to cover the guests plus adults. They gave me one and had to order the other because, they “SOLD my pizza”. Not to mention the pizza I did bring due to my child having a food allergy the owner wouldn’t even allow me to speak interrupting me mid sentence. If she would have reviewed the notes back from July she would know about the food allergy. Regardless of the additional pizza I ordered out of POCKET I should have received the pizza that came with the party for the price I paid. The owner and assistant general manager are very unprofessional and disorganized. Infront of my entire party the general manager comes in and asks who took socks from the front counter very accusatory and telling my guests “she already has 7 jumpers” I booked for 10. When I arrived my party area wasn’t even ready or cleaned, trash cans were completely full from the previous party. It was such an embarrassment to my party guest EVERYTHING WAS. Let’s also talk about the prices they raised. Definitely, wished it stayed maxAir. Please reconsider booking with this place! There is no privacy for the party room we had booked like maxAir had. Theirs also a camera in the room watching your every move and the party is out in the open. No private room to enjoy the party how maxAir...
