Membership deal is a good price, when you wash more than once a month. Not really that good at removing bug guts. Terrible customer service. Construction over the last year was a mess and has caused the line up system to be very flawed. Expect workers to push cars in front of you with out an apology or any concession. The last time this happened the back up occurred because the worker was not at their station and wasn't tracking the customers. Most times, you will not get the window spray or the bumper scrub as the worker is just not doing their job. The wipe down crew is less than half attentive in doing their job. Most of the time at least one of them has left their station and half of the car will be left wet. Vacuums don't work half the time. This should all be a nice orderly process and this location is far from it. (May 5th.) Second incident canceled my membership. After waiting twice for workers to stop talking to a buddy of theirs going through the line for a period of 10 minutes, I get to the wash entrance. After watching the pickup in front of me roll back twice, the worker, Isaiah , tries to put me within 2 feet of the pickup. When I refused to get that close because of the rollbacks, he posts up and starts becoming belligerent as he calls his manager. After telling the manager, Zachary, the same thing and watching the same working going off and not being offered any option that I felt would be safe for my vehicle and the truck in front of me I inched up so the drive would engage. I warned the manager that any damage to either vehicle was their responsibility and that I would be suing them for if anything went wrong after voicing my concern and not being left with any other option. He said baring both of us followed the rules that there would be no problem and if the driver did something it would be the drivers fault. Up on the truck in front of me exiting, he pumped his break almost causing a collision as the drive system pushed my car forward. I'm canceling for two reasons. 1. The customer service at this location is horrible. The pre-washes are sometimes done, sometimes not half the workers should not be in the service industry as they are hostile to the customers. 2. They stack the cars so close that it is not only a safety issue to the cars, but also to the workers. The workers and the managers are unprofessional at their jobs and seem to be not trained as they are sometimes taking dangerous measures in what is an automated machine. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've now had my vehicle damaged by this location twice. The first time, getting any kind of resolution has been like pulling teeth; but they eventually covered the damage. The second time is proving to be the same scenario. They pack vehicles in so close together on their conveyor belt that if the driver in front of you makes any mistakes, there's no possible way for the staff to be able to react. They claim to have an automatic system that stops the belt in this situation, but it obviously failed because my front bumper made contact with the rear bumper of the car in front of me. They're now telling me that since the driver in front of me, according to them, hit his breaks that the financially responsibility would be on that driver; but they refuse to give me any contact information for that other party. So they've now put me in a situation where I'll have to file the damage on my insurance policy, and they refuse to help in anyway. This looks to me like a mix of negligence on that other driver's part, but also Mister Car Wash's part. I've had a membership with them for years but I'll never go back. The attendants donāt use the brush on the front or back. The sides are mostly clean but not the ends. They never work to get the bugs off. One time when my truck was really dirty I washed it before I took it. The attendant asked if I had washed it before I brought it and I told him yes because they arenāt getting it clean. His response was to thanked me..?? I really like this service but I wished they would slow down and finish theyāre jobs. Today I took my business vehicle and paid for the platinum.
