Tourists abound and take photos with this unironically large belt buckle located in Kansas! Incredible that the cowboy just walked off and left it there! His drawers must be needin a hitchin up every so often! Minus 1 star because there wasn’t a lot of historical placards or additions like rodeo buckles of the area, or much else in that way. Large park nearby though. Just could use a little more pizazz - brag about the buckle history or describe how rodeo and Kansas came to be with giving out giant belt buckles (get it? That’s why it’s unironical). But worth the visit if you’re in the area!

Handicapped parking right next to it, but you'll have to walk across the street to get a good picture. Only a small spirl staircase to get up and down. Hard for humans and pets to climb up/down, but still cool. Across the street is the rose garden and a park with some artillery and a tank.

We just loved the World’s Largest Belt Buckle. Not only is this a great, highly detailed sculpture, the back has a cool spiral staircase on the rear which gives a great view of the rodeo stadium behind it. A great photo opportunity of a cool novelty. We just loved it.

Really cool for a quick stop if you're passing through Abilene. It's only a few minutes off I-70. The buckle design is impressive and the exhibit is well built. There is a spiral staircase behind the buckle that allows you to go to the top for a cool photo...
