Attended a podcast event that was sponsored by a friend. Nice size room. It is a bit off the main road and I believe one would need to live in the subdivision to lease. Nice ret rooms and I would say could accommodate about 75 people comfortably.

They have a really nice pool. They also have a tennis court and play ground, one for little kids and one for older kids. They have a nice bathroom and and have a store run by the Brookstone staff.

They are making some huge improvements and it should be really nice in the end. Thet have tennis courts, basketball courts, pool, playground, shaded seating and picnic tables, grassy field, etc. for people who live in a Brookstone...
