This is the most upset I have ever been over a food order. I went to this location and ordered one cheese, and one pepperoni. I waited for 15 minutes, the very nice cashier brought my pizzas out to me. When I get home, my kids informed me that there or two pepperoni pizzas. I called the store back, and she told me I had to bring back both pizzas and a receipt in order to get a cheese pizza. So I asked her when I brought both pizzas back if I was going to get a fresh pepperoni pizza as well. She said no because they only messed up the cheese pizza, they would only be replacing the cheese pizza. I refused to bring both pepperoni pizzas and let my kids eat the pizza that was actually correct and hot. When I got to the restaurant, showed her that the pizza was clearly labeled cheese, but pepperoni was in the box. I also had pictures of both pepperoni pizzas. And I was treated very rudely. She threw the pizza box on the floor, and they made me another Pizza but when it got to me I didn't want it. One of the other girls that she was chatting about regarding this whole incident stood there over our pizza and took a picture of it. Then she passed it back to the manager, who then pass it to her cook, who opened the box laughing, and passed it back to her. I refused it. I told them I didn't want that pizza and she gave me a different one they had just put in the warmer. Then both of these children wanted to argue with me and tell me that I can go, instead of making it right with the customer when they screwed up in the first place. Read moreOrdered a pizza online for pick up. When I checked the pizza, it was made incorrectly and one worker offered to make it correctly and said it would take about 8 minutes. When she came out 13 minutes later, I checked the second pizza, was satisfied with the look of it so I left .(Side note: this girl was in an over sized shirt, shorts(isnt this a safety issue being around ovens and what not?) and her hair was neither in a cap or hair net.)
Once home and only one slice in, the taste was very off and pasty. I removed all the toppings and exposed completely raw dough. I called the store and they refunded my money. But I wanted to make sure they saw this mistake for themselves. I took the rest of the pizza back into the store and Tyler shrugged his shoulders, said he wouldn't do anything else since my money has been refunded but said he would hold onto to it to show his GM. Pretty sure it was simply thrown away like the first incorrect pizza.
I work in the same area of this store and it is a very convenient location for me. But the last couple of times, my orders have been incorrect. This one was just the icing on the cake for me to report these issues.
Not to mention, Tyler had also just walked out of a bathroom, marked "out of order" on the front of the door. Corporate will be called.

Read morePick up door dashes there almost everyday and there is always a wait. After about a ten minute wait one night and after waiting for several different orders throughout the night, the cashier asked 2 other customers if they would like an order of free bread sticks for their wait . With no provocation, she then looked at us and said we don't get compensation for our wait. We had been very patient and nice all night so we were a little shocked as to why she was being so blatantly rude. She then said she can't just give out free stuff and that even the employees can't get free food, after she just gave 2 orders of bread sticks out for free right in front of us intentionally. Even though they are always slow getting the orders ready, this is the first time we have had anyone treat us this way. It was very rude and embarrassing because the other people that she did give bread sticks to were looking at us strangely. I may end up refusing orders from there in the future. Already losing money with the long waits but now I'm losing respect as well. It's a shame because that only hurts my numbers and does nothing to Little Caesars. Maybe management can do a course in respect...
