Twelve Oaks Mansion — Attraction in Adams Township

We could not be more thrilled that we chose Twelve Oaks Mansion as our wedding venue!!! From the very beginning, Leigh, Julie, and their entire team/family made us feel so welcome and supported. They are incredibly warm people, but also extremely professional and experienced! During our year of wedding planning, we had countless meetings and conversations with Leigh. Each one was productive, helpful, and left us feeling more confident and excited. Meeting Leigh during our venue search was the moment we knew Twelve Oaks was the right choice for us! Her kindness and genuine care set this place apart immediately.

The weekend of our wedding, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even though we were one of two large weddings happening during the weekend, they gave us so much flexibility with setup and drop-off, making sure everything fit our needs and vision. This level of thoughtfulness and organization took away so much stress and let us focus on what really mattered!! Literally everything we needed/forgot on the day of, they had it! Life savers!! The Twelve Oaks team kept everything running seamlessly on our wedding day. From coordinating vendors to ensuring every little detail was in place, they handled it all with such grace and care. Our guests are still raving about all of the details of our venue -- not to mention how absolutely beautiful the space is — the ballroom, the views, and the atmosphere are absolutely stunning!!

My Wife & I, Along w/ Our Children & Grandchildren were INVITED to a WEDDING & A RECEPTION at the "TWELVE OAKS MANSION INC." on Rte 228 in CRANBERRY, PA & It was a GREAT & THOROUGHLY Enjoyable Night. The BRIDE & Her Parents are LONGTIME Friends of Ours & We're FAMILY. We've been FRIENDS for over 35 Years & ALL OF OUR KIDS played together at FAMILY Cookouts, Camping Trips, Other Weddings & Of Course, The SAD TIMES too. The OUTDOOR WEDDING Pavilion was BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED & the INDOOR MANSION Motif was VERY TASTEFULLY Set-Up for a LARGE GATHERING of FAMILY & FRIENDS. The WAIT-STAFF of the "TWELVE OAKS MANSION INC." were really GREAT at Their Jobs & If Someone needed ANYTHING, It was brought to the table immediately. The FOOD was AMPLE & DELICIOUS & the GUEST'S TABLES had little Momentos on each TABLE TOP for GUEST'S to take Home. They were little Action Figures of Famous Crimefighters, HARRY POTTER Figurines & DISNEY Cartoon Characters that We grew up with. "TWELVE OAKS" is situated on a QUIET Piece of land & Up on a Hillside on Rte 228. It does REMIND You of a PLANTATION Back in the Days of RHETT, SCARLETT, MELANIE & ASHLEY WILKES. The MAIN Floor as You ENTER the Building looks OPULENT & VERY OPEN. The Hor'Durves & Open Bar Room on the WEDDING Side had alot to Offer. The RECEPTION Room was a little cramped, but NICELY DECORATED. EVERYBODY seemed to have a SUPER TIME & when it came to Dancing, There were alot of would be FRED ASTAIRES & GINGER ROGERS, Maybe a GENE KELLY too. Twelve Oaks Mansion is a beautiful place for a wedding. It would be magnificent for an autumn wedding when the leaves change. It is nestled in woods on all sides. Parking is ample.

The wedding was performed in one overlooking the woods. You do not see any roads from there. You then go to another room for cocktails and hor d'oeuvres while the first room is set up for dinner. It's a very smooth transition.

I'm not sure if catering comes with this venue or if you choose your own caterer. Our catering was provided by Bistro to Go and it was fantastic. And naturally, at a Pittsburgh wedding, their was the cookie table set up to the side of the bar and was plentiful.

I stayed at a local hotel and a shuttle was provided from the hotel to Twelve Oaks Mansion. That was wonderful. I didn't have to rely on anyone's directions nor, if I wanted to party hardy (I didn't), did I have to worry about getting a DUI as the shuttle also returned me back to the hotel.
