Update: Reported to PA Bureau of Consumer Protection. I'm attaching their lawyer's response to my complaint. If you are reading this and wish to buy a car here, print this out and show it to them when they try to tell you the add ons aren't optional. Original review: Deceptive techniques & false advertising. Where do I begin? Inquired about a used EV posted on their website. Advertised price was $18,139. Asked them to send me a buyer's order and they tacked on $1,597 of "LoJack GPS", "Traceable Theft Protection", and "Installed Appearance Protectant". I asked them to remove these items and they refused. If the items are non-optional, they need to be included in the web price. Oh, and a $477 doc fee. Outrageous. The car was a GM, which comes with Onstar, which negates the already debatable value of "LoJack GPS". And isn't "Traceable Theft Protection" the same thing as "LoJack GPS"? Also there is a $4,000 federal rebate on used EVs, but the dealer must submit the sale to the IRS within 3 days of the sale to get the rebate, and they refused to agree to do that. They acted like they had no knowledge of the rebate, but they have several used EVs on their website. Time to learn about the rebate, its free money for your customers to spend at your business! After all this they tried to convince me to buy a new Mach-E, which even with rebates and discounts, would have been in the $40s. Lol! Places like this give car dealers the reputation they've mostly earned.

I'd like to personally thank Ben Scott for all of his valliant efforts in selling me vehicles that I love. He takesin consideration my finances so that it will not break the bank. Yesterday, he found me the most bang for my buck vehicle, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. We worked hard together for many years getting me to where I needed to be on a credit level and gave me drive and hope that this day of being a truck owner would come. Yesterday was the day, and I'm forever thankful for Ben and his skill sets. It's easy as 123. Give him some numbers to work with, grab some complimentary popcorn and refreshments, and prepare yourself to be amazed! Ben has my highest recommendation to go see if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, as he is my go to salesperson. Thank you again my friend! Jim Vacha- He is the mastermind behind the scenes... Him and I have known each other for many of years and have grown to have such a great rapport... As a military vet myself, I respect him for his time served immensely... As a mentor, finance man, and a friend, this man deserves the world. He has many of years knowledge in his trade and his organizational skills will have u sign and out the door with a smile followed by a firm handshake... In my case, a hug. Thanks for all you do brother! Sincerely, Alex

I bought a 2023 Mustang Mach-e GT performance 3/25/24. I shopped many dealerships and was in text negotiations with Kristy. We left off negotiations with $51,444 with a counter to $51,000. $1600 in unadvertised dealer add-ons were already negotiated off.

The good: price was pretty fair. Not the cheapest but was within $1-2k of the lowest. Most others were around $8k more than cheapest. Got paperwork complete pretty quick. I was there for about 2 hours. I was flying around that week and replanned my return trip to Pittsburgh versus Philly.

The bad: The advertised price did not include $1600 of dealer add-on costs already installed (lo-jack, anti-theft and exterior/interior protection) I didn’t want. This showed up in the dealer worksheet when we were negotiating. My salesperson went on vacation before the negotiation was complete. Apparently the notes were not clear enough because I essentially had to prove where I was in price to another salesperson, Jimmy. I tried to finalize my negotiation with Jimmy, he made me feel like I was the bad guy. ‘I was already getting a great deal, why was I asking for more off?’ ‘Your original salesperson wasn’t authorized to go to that price. I don’t know who she was talking to.’ It doesn’t make much sense since it was THEIR advertised price. I was told the dealership was taking a $5800 loss selling it this price and can’t go any lower. I KNOW! I chose to buy this car for that very reason. Less than a year ago, Ford was selling this same car for $72k. I don’t need to hear any of this, it makes your sales team sound terribly disorganized and unaccountable. I just wanted your best price, not excuses and blaming others. Paint protection doesn’t work. It’s been a month and water was sheeting off my car when I washed it. I’m glad I didn’t actually pay for it. (ResistAll brand). Kenny Ross’ GM sent me an email asking that if there is anything holding me out for a 10/10, you heard it from your finance manager. I told him before I signed anything, I wanted to speak to you about the experience. He relayed the message to you while I sat in his office and you didn’t need to come talk to me.

In summary, my transition from Kristy to Jimmy was not good. It was like starting over, guilt tripped for negotiating, and blaming Kristy for what seemed like unauthorized terms. When in reality, I only got $1600 of dealer fluff off and asked for an...

Absolutely horrific experience trying to purchase a new vehicle at this dealership. Looked at car Thursday, called salesman Saturday, said we were on our way in to make deal. We arrive, salesman greets us, gives us the keys and tells us to take last test drive just to make sure. We get back from test drive, sit down with the keys on the table, work on numbers, trade in, etc. Here's where it really goes south. While we were working out the final details of our deal, the salesman who went to grab me a water comes back and says sorry, someone else just bought the car. Turns out someone who came in AFTER us somehow ended up taking the vehicle we were finalizing deal on, a vehicle that was nowhere in sight and we had the keys for in front of us. Our salesman apologizes and tries to locate same vehicle with same options for a dealer trade but can't. I ask for the sales manager who finally saunters over to the desk, but instead of apologizing his opening line is well, this happens sometimes. His attitude was poor, like we were inconveniencing him . After some back and forth questioning him, I ask why he didn't lead with an apology and ask what he could do to make up for it and possibly keep our business, I get "well, there's nothing she wants out there" in a very sarcastic tone. You would think someone leading a customer service team would actually have an ounce of customer service ability themselves. I would recommend staying away from this dealership at all costs as I have since heard the same story from other people who have tried to buy a car at this dealership. Don't worry, the story ends well. We called another dealership that had a car almost identical minus 1 feature they added to it for us and drove home in new vehicle that night purchased from a team who provided great customer service top to bottom...Kenny Ross Ford sales manager could take notes from them. If I could leave negative stars here I would, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...

By far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Nobody that works here is professional and they definitely don’t care about the customer. I’ve bought two vehicles from here ( which is my own fault for trusting them again) long story short they sold me a used truck that they couldn’t have looked over and definitely shouldn’t have been on the road. Cords showing on inside of the tires, brake pads down to bare metal, all after they told me they put new tires and new brakes on it, that I had paid extra money for the service fees at checkout. A month goes past and the radiator fans detonated leaving holes in my rad. They wouldn’t fix it. They had my truck for a month before even telling me that my extended warranty I bought wouldn’t cover it because the fan assembly was electrical. Wouldn’t put new pads on it because they were “passing” even tho they were on the squealers. Did absolutely nothing about the tires. Just sent me on my way with a broken truck after they told me it would be over $3000 for the repairs. Next couple months goes past, my transmission blows up. This process was absolutely horrendous. My warranty covered it but at first the service department told me it did not cover it. Can’t fix stupid but you can hire them as your service department! Talked to my sales person that sold me the truck. He’s the only helpful person I dealt with in all of that dealership. Got it all straightened out. It took about a month to get it fixed. They never called me with updates and when they did, it was an old man on the phone that would talk to everybody around him except for the customer on the phone who hasn’t seen his truck for months!!!!! I would never recommend using this dealership for anything! If I could save someone from the headache and save someone the money, this is my...
