Overlook Trailhead — Attraction in Akron

Accessible flat trail that is great for creatures of all abilities. Many times these types of trails are somewhat boring but the spectacular overlook at the end is a real gem. The overlook is well maintained with wooden railed fencing so even those who may not appreciate heights have something to assist them. There are ample benches along the way for those who may need to take a break, want to watch wildlife or maybe identify plants. Great place for dog walking with the exception of inconsiderate people with their dogs off-leash. Please remember that just bc your dog is “friendly”, this isn’t a Disney movie.
