Margaret Eagan Sullivan Park — Attraction in Alaska

Been using this trail for over 40 years and enjoy all the continual improvements. I always consider this park the "hub" of the paved bike trail system. From here, you can go to Eagle River, Kincaid, or up the Chester Creek trail. I'm a regular user, and now teaching my kid on the trails and for family outings. Fantastic playground here too. The sandbox is always popular with my kid, as well as the mini rope climbing structure. Perfect playground for kids under 5.

This play park is great for families. There is plenty of playground equipment for the kids and hiking trails. Access to the coastal hiking trail is right close by. There is a great sign post that shows how many bicyclists have used the path by day, month, and year. There is also a large pond with geese and ducks. Photographers are frequently set up on the banks taking photos of the wildlife and scenery. This is a great place to visit for a relaxing afternoon...

Great vibes overall. Awesome place for a quick ice skating go with your family. Ruined by the fact my wife and I kept complaing "my back hurts, my feet hurts, waaaah I wanna go home and be a couch potato now".
