they wouldn't switch out the hardware they sold me at first with hardware I actually could use for my amp which was the wrong size Y for the ground on my amp I have to splay out the Y to get it to work but its still short as well. and the guy acted like he knew better what I wanted for my build than me. but they did replace the same Y for the hot screw for a O connector that I wanted so my hot doesn't come disconnected and short circuit. I guess the ground doesn't matter as much because there is an O connector at the body side ground so if the Y gets disconnected which it might because its short little Y's widened out on a big screw to my amp it will just end the circuit at the amp and not do anything, unless the ground falls on the hot in that case highly unlikely it would then short circuit. but the guy argued with me telling me people don't put O connecters on the hot, but if the hot gets disconnected it will short circuit if it touches any metal/ground or other wires and possibly burn your car down. not everyone's a dumb ass just because you when to school for it as you said and work in an/or own an audio shop. will not be back for any more services I'll do it...

These guys are great and was a great help getting me started on building my first system, I haven't gotten much but what I do got I really love it, I came in with no idea what I was doing or purchasing and they directed me in the ways I needed to go and were very friendly and helpful as you would expect a business to be, these guys aren't novices and don't just tell you what you (want) to hear but they act like professionals and give you the right advice concerning any of your stereo needs, this ain't like no audio king in gadsden or none of these little rinky dink shops that just try to make money off of you,These guys actually care about their reputation and the name of their business and their customers as well,that goes a long way in the world we live in today !! I appreciate the fact that they actually care about the people who come in and not just about their sales at the end of the day, ill continue to come back here from now on and probably no where else after the treatment I received here!! 2002 suburban with Bose amplified system center console 6.5 sub went out was just gonna buy the sub asked if it was just plug and play and that ima have to cut the hole bigger he said no it’s more than that when I came to take it apart and realized it was the exact thing I was gonna do It was the owner himself DISAPPOINTED in you can’t be trusted don’t even bother to respond to my review.
