This was really fun. It was our first escape room ever. We weren't able to finish in time and found the clues very difficult for our family but it was very fun nonetheless. We did the Murder Mansion and were a little concerned of it being scary or gruesome, but it was not so at all. My daughter was scared that someone would jump out at her but our Game Master promptly informed us that nothing of the sort would happen. I believe the owners did a great job putting it all together. I took off one star because one of the clues failed to work and the Game Master had to come in mid-session and fix it. Also, even though we knew the answer to another clue, we were not performing it quite to speed and it failed to work. The instructions were a bit vague and the Game Master had to enter to clear this up for us as well. We also felt it to be a bit pricey for us and don't feel that we would able to return very often. I suggest lowering the price, or allowing free (or significantly discounted) return visits to complete the same room. Another suggestion is to identify the rooms by their level of difficulty. Perhaps this is already the case and I just missed it. One last suggestion is to offer less mature and more kid friendly rooms. Of the current selections, Murder Mansion was the only one that we felt interesting enough and yet still something we could do. Overall, we had a great time, and were glad we have something like this that is local to us. Great work guys. Looking forward to your...

The concept of the game we played was great. The execution was not. Many components were broken. As in locks wouldn't unlock with the correct code or key. Had to ask for help on a lock and asked if we were using the correct code. Was told yes and to try again very rudely! The employee came in to help and got it for us. Then another lock just fell apart and the key we were told fit it did not. Asked if it was supposed to fall apart and the employee seemed to think we were stupid and thought we mentioned that the lock popped open but the mechanism fell to pieces. We couldn't finish the game because everything kept breaking. They also didnt have a timer in the room so we didnt know how long we had left. Was told we could ask but when we did the employee was rude and didnt answer. Very disappointed! Wouldn't...

I DO NOT recommend this place! I never do things like this but this was ridiculous. I brought my son and several others for his birthday. It cost me $275.00 for us all to attend and they cut our time by 30 minutes. After asking why, the company representative explained that we didn’t start the game until 6:50 and should have started at 6:30. We walked into the establishment at 6:17! One of the employees said that he did not understand why we didn’t get started on time since we were there on time. They would not give a refund either! We were there on time and THEY did not start the game on time and WE were the ones that suffered. I recommend that you travel out of Alexandria, and visit another...

I've been wanting to go since I first heard about this place! I was not disappointed! It was super fun, pretty spooky, and the puzzles were JUST the right level of difficult. I was afraid it would either be too easy or too difficult, but it was exactly right. The clues were fittingly helpful without being too direct. LOVED IT!! Definitely will be coming back again. You should have a group of at least 4 people IMO to really get the best of the room we went to (dollhouse). There are many rooms to choose from, but I have trouble seeing in the dark, so we chose the one that was the brightest. The others seemed to have flashlights or darkness overall. 10/10 would totally recommend!!

Yesterday made the third time I have been and each time had been a blast, family did the pops dinner and it was a blast and kid friendly. My husband and I did secrets in the attic very challenging one for sure but fun don’t do this if you are afriad of the dark! My daughter and I did cabinet of curiosity and it was a blast and a challenge. Grandmasters were friendly and helpful and the air fresheners smelled amazing! Clean facilities and overall good experience. Only downside was the directional lock.

If you think we have nothing nice in Alexandria then think again. I was apparently sleeping on this place. I went for the first time a couple of days ago for my friends birthday and I was 100% pleasantly surprised at how great and how well executed the escape room was. We got to do the riddle down room, which is the newest room and it was a lot of fun. Definitely worth checking out the next time you’re looking for something to do in the Alexandria area.
