B.F. Jones Memorial Library — Attraction in Aliquippa

This is one of the best libraries around. The beautiful building is conveniently located right near the Dollar General. They have Wi-Fi access and computer availability. It's smaller but they have a great selection of books well taken care of. The ladies are nice and resourceful, just ask. They also have a lady who will help you with ILL (interlibrary loans) if you can't find the book you need. I've been able to navigate their digital library, which says a lot for their interface. And if you have young children, there's a library downstairs just for them, out of the way, so the adults can enjoy peace and quiet. I have not been inside this library since 1965 and WOW. My last visit was as a child and I am sure that it was just as impressive then.

The building design is amazing on the inside. The decor is frozen in time and locked to a past gone era.

If you have notheen to this hidden in plain sight gem of Beaver County, I suggest that you make a stop and check it out.

They do a great job of making todays technology available to users while enveloping them in the rich fabric of history.
