Dollar General — Local services in Aliquippa

We walked down at 5:30pm on 07/15/2023 and the doors were closed. They would not open. No one was there. Nothing. It was very odd and a let down since it is the closest store on our walk, we needed things and could not get them and I have no idea what hours this store is, on the door is says 8am-10pm but there is also a sign on the door that says "reopens 8am sorry for the inconvenience" This makes it difficult for people who live around the store and depend on the store. I wish they would publicly put hours down and they can complain as much as they want as not having help but you need better management and pay for your workers here they deal with A LOT of people with bad personalities. If i could give the store 0 because the manager who is here quite a bit it's ignorant she has her employees treat the customers rudely they don't smile the constantly following you around the store like you're about to steal something whenever their store is completely like overflowing with stuff stuff is hanging off the shelves and everything they don't clean the store that is super unfriendly like it makes me not even want to come back here doesn't want me to come back to the store. Hands down the worst dollar general. Cashier didn’t even speak, had her headphones on the whole time, she was very rude, didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt , had to bag my own stuff, then the lady before me left and her stuff was still on the counter, so the cashier needed the manager to override the transaction and the manager walked away as the cashier was asking her to do it so we sat there for 5 mins. The store is TRASHED. Nothing is stocked yet there’s unpacked boxes EVERYWHERE. Broken glass all over the parking lot....
