Amarillo National Center — Attraction in Amarillo

Updating my previous review now that we’ve been a few times…

Happy this place is here, I will say that. But now after attending a few more events (rodeos, roping, monster trucks) I’ve noticed the vendor prices are always increasingly over inflated more so every time; adult drinks are absolutely ridiculous! 9.50 for one domestic beer is laughable. Not to mention the line at concession stand takes an unreasonable amount of time and is terribly disorganized.

Additionally, we’re noticing that each of these events say the “seats” are sold out. However, when we get there, they’re half empty every time.

The bathrooms are disgusting.

Various events are held at this location; mainly rodeos by its appearance. We went there to watch our grandkids compete in a wrestling tournament.

The bathroom facilities are nice, and there are several concession areas scattered around the second floor. The seating is adequate, but not really that comfortable. The railings and hand rails do make it much safer for elderly attendees than at some other stadiums we...

We attended the Coors Ranch Rodeo on Thursday. My first ever Rodeo. Dinner came with our tix. The center had lots of seating available. Speaker system working great. Large arena for the events. Elevator available for those in need. Bathrooms clearly marked, easy to find and most importantly, clean. Rodeo was really fun. Loved...
