brought in my phone for a broken screen repair, left almost 2 weeks later with a still broken screen, a broken fingerprint scanner and a broken back. Paid the deposit on the repair, made it clear several times I did not live in town but an hour away. I had to call to find out when my part came in. What I was originally told would be an hour to an hour and a half repair took almost 3 hours and that they had cracked the back of my phone during repair. Get 20 minutes out of town to find fingerprint scanner doesn't work. A week later receive a call that their supplier had sent them the wrong back. Brought the phone back to them to find they couldn't fix my fingerprint scanner, claiming their diagnostics showed nothing wrong with the replacement but that the phone would need to be factory reset to recalibrate it. They put my old broken screen back on my phone (which doesn't turn on at all anymore at this point) and refund me my money (which initially was a huge fight to get them to do) for the screen repair, saying they will still honor the repair on the back since they broke it. I bring my phone to a SAMSUNG CERTIFIED repair technician (which I should have done in the first place) to be told a completely different story about my fingerprint scanner (which WAS working even after the screen broke, I have video evidence of this). Samsung tech orders my parts and has them all and my phone repaired within 3 days. Confronted this company about botching my repair and making it worse, they refused to take responsibility for the fingerprint scanner. At this point I still have not heard anything from them regarding the back of my phone and decided I didn't even want them to touch my phone again after the level of service I received (and risk them damaging the new screen I'd just had put on by the Samsung tech) so ended up having the Samsung certified tech put a new back on. The additional repair cost me an additional $50 and I still don't have a working fingerprint scanner. The last phone I bought from them was a lemon and I will not be buying from this place again. I have sent several ppl to them. My brother is one of them and his phone and his girlfriends has had the same problems mine had.
