In the bustling life of our community, there’s one place that holds a special spot in all of our hearts - Airport Park. This beautiful expanse is not just a park; it's where memories are made, where laughter echoes through the trees, and where the spirit of togetherness is palpable in the air.
Each year, Airport Park transforms into a wonderland of joy and color during our much-anticipated events. It's here that we McAteer & Will Estates with Keller Williams Real Estate host our vibrant Easter egg hunts, an event that sees the park come alive with the excitement of children and families. The thrill of the hunt, the joy of discovery, and the warmth of the spring sun make it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
But what truly adds to the magic is our annual tradition of pictures with the Easter Bunny. Imagine the delight on the children’s faces as they meet the Easter Bunny, share a moment, and capture it forever in a photograph. These are the moments that we cherish, the ones that remind us of the joy and innocence of childhood.
Airport Park, with its sprawling green spaces, provides the perfect backdrop for these large-scale community gatherings. It's a place where friendships are formed and strengthened, where community spirit is celebrated, and where we all come together as one big family.
As we look forward to our next event, we invite you to join us in making more memories at Airport Park. Whether it's for our annual Easter egg hunt, pictures with the Easter Bunny, or any of our other events, we promise it will be an experience filled with joy,...
Read moreMy first time visiting this park today with my job and overall the park is very nice however the staff a young lady who was working at the front entrance by the gate was NOT FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING at all, she appeared to not want to do her job just more invested in reading her book rather than kindly and professionally greet customers upon arriving and assist with any questions especially new visitors like ourselves. when I approached this young lady to inquire about the restrooms she was rude and short with me, stating that the bathrooms are not open and are never utilized and when asked where we could use the bathroom she just pointed to one porta potty directly in the front, which I did not like because of how big the park itself is and for everyone that was visiting this park today to have to utilize only one of the porta potty’s made no sense to me. The young lady was not helpful at all which made our experience horrible, I was highly disappointed by coming here and we will never return to this...
Read moreI attended a local picnic with a club at this place. I didn't explore the entire park, but it was a large facility that seems well designed for events / sports / families. We had one of the pavilions and enjoyed ourselves. But what the kids REALLY enjoyed was the massive playground nearby. It seems this playground is a private playground for locals only; and if you are from outside, they ask for a $1 and you receive a wrist band. That was an odd experience for me, as I half expected it was an adult pulling the kid's legs. But it turns out that this is how they handle visitors. Since we were not locals, I rummaged up a few dollars and let the kids play in the playground. They loved it and were impressed by its size. So if you are visiting with kids - bring some dollars. They even had water sprouts so kids could run under the water...
