Woody's Furniture — Attraction in Apex

Not worth the hassle for the high cost. Unfortunately our experience dealing with Woody's was a very frustrating one. We had placed an order for our table in September of 2018. The initial process of buying the table was fine. We waited the necessary 3 months for the table to be constructed and delivered. It arrived in mid-December damaged. The two leafs of the table were both chipped and dinged. Apparently there is no quality control check prior to the furniture leaving the warehouse. We tried for 2-3 weeks to connect with a manager and get an update on what would happen next. Finally after 3 weeks we received an update. The manufacture was going to replace the entire table, because in their opinion they could not "match" the color exactly. So we had to wait another 3 months. There was zero mention of reducing the price or doing anything to compensate for the inconvenience. We waited until today to receive the second table and guess what? The wrong table showed up. Where is quality control? How do you not know what is leaving your warehouse before showing up to the customers. This seems like business 101 to me. Upon calling in angry and frustrated, a gentleman told us that the person who could help us was on family vacation and that we can talk with her in two days. It has been over 6 months and we would have to start the process again?? Not worth the hassle. At this point we don't have faith that it would even show up correct when out does finally arrive. Trey was very patience and laid back and allowed us to think things through without pressuring us to get a sale. We had to come back to the store a second time since we did not have all the measurements. After our initial order, he and his manager reviewed the order and made a great suggestion based on what they had learned of our taste. As a result, we ended up purchasing a different set of entertainment furniture that is better suited and appears more coherent, although the overall sale was much lower in price (about $1,000 less) than the original requests. The delivery crew too was very friendly and thorough with no rush to drop and run. They also patiently answered all of our questions and concerns during the delivery and assembly. The pieces are well made with good materials as expected. Even though the prices are higher than the average furniture stores, the quality of the pieces is worth the price. These furniture made of real wood will last for years to come with proper care, unlike those from Ashley's Furniture. Just visit the store and feel the pieces available in the store. Plus, they are willing to customize to your liking as long as they have a design for referencing. There are many design options to select from. We will definitely order from them again when it is time to change out out...

My name is Norma Murphy. I recently had a very successful spinal fusion, which has allowed me to be back in my garden, pruning, weeding, rototilling, planting, watering and composting. Scotty told me he has a solid back GLIDER, that will solve my problem, in his big Apex Store. Today my husband and I drove to Scotty’s company. We walk in the door, there were two styles of glider chairs ready for us at the front desk area. Scotty was right!! One of the chairs fit my new titanium back perfectly!! 😊!

Scotty was soooo informative about the crafting that goes into each piece. He didn’t rush us, he gave us ample time to take the glider for a spin. Scotty left us alone to make our decision. He is a super-salesman!!
